CashStash KC Treasure Hunt Terms & Conditions

Participation = Agreement

By searching for or claiming any CashStash KC treasure, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.

1. Personal Responsibility

You join voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety, decisions, and conduct at all times.

2. Risks

Treasure hunts may involve walking, running, being near traffic, exploring outdoor areas, or interacting with the public. Hazards include slips, trips, falls, weather, traffic, and other risks, known and unknown.

3. Release of Liability

By participating, you release CashStash KC, its organizers, sponsors, and partners from any claims of injury, loss, or damage that may occur, even if caused by negligence.

4. Indemnification

You agree to cover costs or damages you cause while participating, including harm to property or others.

5. Minors

Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian. By allowing a minor to participate, the parent or guardian accepts these terms on their behalf.

6. Photos & Media

By participating, you grant CashStash KC the right to use photos, videos, or other media from the event for promotion without payment or further approval.

7. Rules & Law

You agree to follow all instructions given in the hunt, respect private property, obey local laws, and act respectfully. Breaking laws or rules disqualifies participation.

8. No Refunds

Participation is free unless otherwise stated. If entry fees are charged for future events, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, weather, or other circumstances.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
